By downloading, accessing, or using RFFE Master (“the App”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and GMS School (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using RFFE Master, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Description of Service

RFFE Master is a mobile application designed to:

• Provide maintenance engineers with error diagnostics and part-related solutions.
• Store and analyze error reports for troubleshooting.
• Offer a knowledge base for common maintenance issues.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

• Account Security (If Applicable)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Proper Use
  • You agree not to:
    • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s code.
    • Submit false, misleading, or harmful error reports.
    • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within RFFE Master are owned by GMS School or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to such processing. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit complies with confidentiality agreements (e.g., employer policies).

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• No Warranty
  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Limitation of Liability
  • GMS School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for accessing the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RFFE Master if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

By using RFFE Master, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
